Nice apartment, but not the shower.
Positive: The interior is pleasant, the view of the city at night is beautiful. The coffee machine had coffee beans, which is a rarity.
Negative: The shower room needs attention: the overhead shower sprays like a fountain onto the ceiling, and there's no handheld showerhead, which is inconvenient. There's brown dirt in the corners.

Positive: Gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters
Negative: Dusche bzw. Badezimmer ware nicht Sauber.
Die weißen Handtücher hatten gelbliche Flecken.
Der Duschkopf sitzt so locker, dass das Wasser überall rausspritzt.
Tiefkühlfach roch extrem nach verdorbenen Fisch.

Positive: Квартира на 10 этаже, дом с лифтом, ключ находится в сейфе возле входа в квартиру. Дом на одной из центральных улиц, парковка общедоступна во дворах соседних домов. Днем было трудно найти место, но вечером места для парковки были без проблем. В квартире было все необходимые вещи, полотенца, постель, большой холодильник, кофеварка, душ и далее.
